What to Bring…
- Clothing appropriate for the season – from thermal underwear to a waterproof jacket
- In summer: comfortable trekking shoes (not brand new!) and, if climbing -climbing shoes. For most summer outings, including easy climbs, approach shoes work best
- In winter: high, stiff, and insulated mountain boots
- Headlamp
- n summer: a backpack with a capacity of 20–25 liters; in winter: around 35 liters, with the option to attach an ice axe
- A suitable amount of food and water; in winter, also a thermos
- Foldable trekking poles – essential in winter, optional in summer
- Fully charged mobile phone
- Hat and gloves – regardless of the season
Specialist gear provided free of charge for the duration of the tour:
- Helmet
- Harness
- Locking carabiner and personal sling
- In winter: crampons and ice axe
- In winter: avalanche safety gear (transceiver, probe, shovel)
